The townships of South Orange and Maplewood are home to a vibrant community of artists who live, work and play all within a short distance of New York City, the capital of the art world.

Our talented residents make New Jersey one of the top states in the nation to employ artists of every occupation, and it shows in the quality of life and the cultural choices sophisticated residents and visitors to the two towns enjoy.
