Kim is a mixed medium artist who specializes in creating emotional abstract work using paint, paper, and other materials. Kim creates worlds that are the abstract expression of her innermost desires. They are colorful and full of movement. Kim uses an intuitive and improvisational approach to her art making.
Kim is creatively interested in the concepts of freedom, existing beyond ones self, travel, and playing in alternative dimensions.
Kim was selected to exhibit her art in the Winter Art Market at the 1978 Gallery in Maplewood, NJ. She has also had her art featured in group shows through the Art Fronts Gallery in Newark, NJ and in the Heidi Gallery in Livingston, NJ. Kim is regularly on exhibit at the salon Milk, Honey, Soul and has shown work all around SOMA.
When she’s not making art, Kim works in Maplewood as a life and executive coach, writer, and mom to two incredible kids. Oftentimes Kim will host workshops that combine self discovery with creative expression. Follow her social media pages to learn more and participate!
